- Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Agriculture, Agronomy, Contracting, and Supply Chain functions.
- Partner with business leaders, Global Digital teams, IT, and external partners to identify and implement high-value digital solutions.
- Translate operational challenges into scalable digital opportunities that improve efficiency, planning, and decision-making.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance grower engagement, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders to successfully execute complex projects and programs.
- Monitor project performance, user adoption, and value realization through relevant KPIs and success metrics.

- Identify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and best practices to continuously improve business processes and capabilities.
- Act as the key digital partner for France while helping scale successful solutions across the broader EMENA region.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Digital Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives within agriculture, agri-food, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of agricultural sourcing, contracting processes, crop planning, and grower relationship management.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, analytics solutions, automation tools, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating with digital, technology, and IT teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, build engagement, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Curiosity for innovation, digital trends, and Artificial Intelligence applications.
About the team.
You will join the Agriculture SCA & Data organization and report directly to the Director SCA & Data. This highly collaborative role connects multiple functions across the EMENA region, including Agriculture, Agronomy, Contracting, Supply Chain, Global Digital, Data, and IT teams.
While the position has no direct reports, it requires leading and influencing a broad network of stakeholders within a matrix organization.
