Les missions du poste
YOUR ROLE
You are the HR and Operations cornerstone of our Italian subsidiary. You ensure the entity remains fully compliant with all payroll, HR, and employment law obligations while staying closely connected to day-to-day business operations. Your strength lies in finding practical solutions that work. You serve as the guardian of operational excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance & Expertise
- Payroll: Oversee payroll activities with our provider and the payroll officer (whom you manage), and ensure the accuracy of salaries, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
- Human Resources: Manage HR administration and ensure compliance with Italian labor law and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
- Employment & Regulatory Compliance: Safeguard company practices and serve as the go-to expert on employment, labor, and regulatory matters, ensuring full compliance with legal obligations.
- Identify pragmatic, compliant solutions that meet both Italian regulatory requirements and business needs.
Operations
- Employment Law, Litigation & Terminations: Manage employment-related legal matters, disputes, and termination processes in partnership with external legal counsel.
- Office & Remote Work Management: Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities and remote working arrangements.
- Internal Communication & Events: Coordinate internal communications and company events.
- External partners: Act as the main point of contact for our payroll provider and other external partners.
- Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicles.
Talent Management
- Support employees (scope 85 people) throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, performance discussions, development, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for consultants and internal teams.
Leadership
- Manage and support the payroll officer.
- Set priorities and ensure operational continuity across the organization.
Gross salary for this position is between 50K€ and 55K€ per year.

YOUR PROFILE
- Strong interpersonal skills: You build relationships easily, listen actively, and know how to bring people together.
- Reliability: You are a trusted, level-headed professional whom others can rely on, including in sensitive situations.
- Highly hands-on, autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
- Strong expertise in payroll, HR administration, and Italian employment law.
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role or in an HR & Operations position.
- Perfect level of Italian + fluent in French or/and English.
