ENTER THE GAME🎮

As Chief of Staff to the CTO, you will work at the heart ofBetclic'sTechnology Leadership Team, partnering closely with the CTO to strengthen decision-making, drive alignment and support the execution of key strategic priorities.

You will play a pivotal role in helping the Technology organizationoperateeffectively at scale, ensuring that the right topics receive the right attention, that decisions are well prepared and that leadership teamsremainfocused on what matters most.

Acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator, you will work across strategy, governance, organizationaleffectivenessand cross-functional coordination, collaborating with senior leaders across the company.

This role offers unique exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to influence the evolution of one of Europe's leading technology organizations.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

Strengthen governance and leadership effectiveness

• Support the CTO in shaping and continuously improving the governance of the Technology organization

• Prepare and coordinate leadership meetings, strategicreviewsand decision-making forums

• Ensure decisions, commitments and actions are effectively tracked and followed through

• Identifyblockers, dependencies and topics requiring executive attention

• Help leadership teams focus on priorities,decisionsand outcomes

Support executive decision-making and prioritization

• Identifytopics requiring alignment,decisionsor arbitration

• Gather and synthesize business, organizational and tech inputs

• Structure options, assess trade-offs and formulate recommendations

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment while ensuring key issues are surfaced and addressed

• Support the CTO and leadership team in making informed andtimelydecisions

Coordinate tech strategy and priorities

• Support the definition and execution of strategic technology priorities

• Coordinate planning and review cycles across the Technology organization

• Identifydependencies,risksand opportunities across teams

• Help translate strategicobjectivesinto measurable outcomes

• Contribute to the preparation of strategic discussions and executive reviews

Foster collective leadership and organizational effectiveness

• Help the Technology Leadership Teamoperateas a high-performing collective

• Facilitate collaboration across teams and domains

• Support alignment on shared priorities and objectives

• Contribute to a culture of accountability,transparencyand pragmatic execution

• Help improve ways of working and organizational effectiveness across the Technology organization

Drive strategic and cross-functional topics

• Drive strategic topics requiring strong coordination across multiple stakeholders

• Support the resolution of complex organizational or operational challenges

• Maintain visibility on key priorities,risksand dependencies

• Identifyemerging issues and opportunities requiring leadership attention

• Help the CTO focus attention where it can create the greatest impact

• You have 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, tech strategy & operations, business operations, transformation,governanceor Chief of Staff roles

• You havesignificant experiencein complex tech environments and are comfortable working with senior tech leaders

• You havedemonstratedexperience driving complex cross-functional topics and influencing without direct authority

• Youpossessstrong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and support decision-making

• You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset

• You are highly organized,proactiveand comfortable navigating ambiguity

• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• You are fluent in English (professional levelrequired)

• You have a genuine interest in tech,innovationand organizational challenges

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?📝

If your application is shortlisted, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you within a week foran initialHR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality,motivationand cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet the CTO, followed by members of the tech leadership.

Finally, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensurean optimalexperience for you.
