Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are at a defining moment in our journey: becoming a standalone company, building a new brand and shaping a new culture. In this context, we are looking for a Europe Regional and Corporate Communications Manager to help grow the voice, reputation and visibility of our brand across a broad and diverse region covering Western, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Morocco, Turkey and South Africa. Based in Nanterre, near Paris, this is a senior communication role for a strategic, hands-on and business-oriented professional who can connect people, stories and priorities across countries, cultures, functions and stakeholders. Working closely with regional leadership and the corporate communications team, you will develop and deliver impactful internal and external communications, support public affairs activities, contribute to corporate communication initiatives, and help build a strong, credible and engaging brand presence across the region.

Your mission

Build our brand and reputation externally

  • Define and implement regional external communication plans that increase brand awareness, visibility and credibility.
  • Ensure a consistent brand image across the region, in line with the global brand, while adapting global messages to the specific market contexts in Europe.
  • Lead media relations in coordination with corporate communications team and prepare press releases, statements and key messages for spokespersons.
  • Manage regional communication channels, digital platforms and social media activities to strengthen engagement and employer attractiveness.
  • Support regional business announcements, events, customer communication initiatives and thought leadership opportunities across the region.
  • Monitor media coverage, brand perception and reputational risks, and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's image.

Engage and align our teams internally

  • Develop and implement internal communication plan aligned with regional business priorities, culture and brand ambition.
  • Ensure consistent communication to employees across countries and functions within the region.
  • Drive internal understanding and adoption of the strategy and culture, ensuring employees act as informed and engaged ambassadors.
  • Support leadership communications, including key messages for live events/town halls, leadership events and engagement events.
  • Promote employee engagement and foster a shared culture through clear, timely and relevant communications.
  • Adapt corporate communication materials to regional specificities and local contexts while preserving brand consistency.
  • Coordinate communication during change initiatives, transformation projects or crisis situations.

Represent the company with key stakeholders

  • Support regional public affairs activities, in line with the company's reputation and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant institutional, governmental and industry and community stakeholders across the region.
  • Monitor political, regulatory and public policy developments that may impact the business or the brand's reputation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefing materials, position papers and stakeholder messages that reinforce the company's image and positioning.

Act as a trusted communication partner

  • Advise regional leadership on communication, reputation and stakeholder engagement topics.
  • Work closely with business teams and regional stakeholders to support coherent brand building across all touchpoints.
  • Provide communication counsel on sensitive, strategic or high-visibility topics.
  • Support crisis communication preparedness and response when needed, protecting the company's reputation image.

Contribute to corporate communications

  • Support the corporate communications team in the development and execution of corporate communication initiatives, campaigns and content.
  • Help coordinate corporate editorial planning and ensure alignment of regional content with corporate priorities, messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to corporate internal communication activities, including employee communications, corporate announcements and engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to corporate storytelling, including articles, social media content, website updates and other global communication materials.
  • Support the preparation and communication of corporate events and strategic business milestones.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

About you

  • You have a degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Political Science, Marketing or a related field.
  • You bring solid experience in senior communication roles, ideally within an international, matrixed and business-driven environment with exposure to European or multi-country regional markets.
  • You are comfortable advising senior leaders and managing complex, high-visibility communication topics.
  • You have strong experience in corporate communications, brand building, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
  • You combine excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling messages.
  • You are organized, agile and able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy, diplomacy and a strong sense of urgency.
  • You know media relations, public affairs dynamics and reputation management; experience in crisis or change communication is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English; French and other regional languages are a plus.

Location: The role is based in Nanterre, near Paris, with regional responsibility for Western, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Morocco, Turkey and South Africa.
