YOUR ROLE
As a HR Partner with the Global IT Teams,you will shape and execute the people and organization strategy supporting the Group's technology agenda. The role translates the Group HR Strategy-built around three pillars: Engage Teams, Develop Talent and Drive Transformation-into clear, actionable priorities for the IT organization. As part of the broader Group Transformation organization, alongside AI, ZEBOX, CMA Consulting and Innovation, IT plays a pivotal role in accelerating business and digital transformation across the Group. Combining strategic perspective with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach, the Global HR Partner ensures the right organization, leadership and competencies are in place to turn ambition into measurable outcomes.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
HR Partnering
- Act as the trusted HR advisor to the Global IT leadership team, translating business and technology priorities into a clear people agenda.
- Challenge and support leaders on organization design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness and critical people decisions.
- Anticipate people implications of major IT transformations, operating model changes and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between the IT people strategy and Group HR priorities, policies and governance, while translating Group initiatives into relevant, pragmatic solutions for the IT organization.
- Act as the key interface between IT leadership and HR CoEs-including Talent, C&B, HRIS and Learning-to mobilize the right expertise and solutions.


Organization & Transformation
- Lead HR support for IT transformation and organizational evolution, including operating model, governance, structures, roles and ways of working.
- Partner with IT leaders on workforce planning, skills strategy and future capabilities, particularly around AI, digital, data, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Support change management and employee engagement throughout major transformation programs.
- Take direct ownership of priority transformation actions and deliverables, moving from recommendation to implementation with pace, pragmatism and strong follow-through.

Talent & Leadership
- Drive the talent strategy for IT, including succession, critical roles, high potentials and leadership development.
- Lead and challenge People Reviews and talent decisions with IT managers.
- Identify capability gaps and partner with Talent, Learning and other HR CoEs to build future-ready talent pipelines.


Performance, Engagement & Culture
- Drive the IT people agenda around performance, engagement, retention and culture.
- Support leaders in addressing key organizational and people challenges.
- Leverage people data and employee insights to identify priorities and measure impact.
- Provide structured feedback from the IT organization to Group HR to continuously improve the relevance and impact of people initiatives.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Demonstrates strong HR business partnering experience in complex, global and matrix organizations, with the credibility to influence and challenge senior leaders while building trust, team spirit and effective collaboration across functions.
- Brings proven expertise in organization design, transformation and change management, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into effective operating models and collaborative ways of working that foster collective ownership.
- Combines solid capabilities in workforce and skills planning, talent management, succession and leadership development to build future-ready, cohesive teams and strengthen collective performance.
- Has a strong understanding of IT, digital, AI and cybersecurity organizations and their talent dynamics, supported by a data-driven approach and the ability to connect diverse teams around shared priorities.
- Adopts a hands-on, action-oriented doer mindset, working collaboratively with others, contributing beyond individual responsibilities and mobilizing teams to deliver measurable outcomes with pace, pragmatism and a strong sense of shared success.
