Le besoin
Within Insurance Tribe, the Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the cross-functional consistency of Data evolutions for all Arval countries (world, presence in 5 continents: direct presence in approximately 30 countries).
You will work in Data Insurance Squad: composed of around 6 people in 2 countries (France and India). The team work in Agile mode, with a close relationship with business stakeholders worldwide and other IT teams. The main technology expertise covered by is Datastage.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working in relationship with experts of insurance to: support their User Requirements definition and translating it to technical specification. You will also support the IT Product Owner on the Backlog Items definition.

- Understand business needs, with direct contact with business stakeholders.
- Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.
- Participate to the slicing of Features into smaller Backlog items (either User stories or enablers / Non Functional Requirements (NFR).
- Analyze business needs and translate to technical specifications, sharing with other squad members.
- Communicate, translate and simplify business requirements to ensure buy in from all stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business lines and development team within the organization.
- Co-design with Business, Engineers and Testers the acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Participate to the Backlog Refinement (with Stakeholders) & Backlog Review (within the squad) to elaborate backlog item.
- Participate to the Designer Chapter: share knowledge, enrich best & learned practices, ensure design consistency on a cross-squad level.
- Contribute to the preparation of Quartely Planning.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of governance instances (ex.: ITSVC: local project validation instance), together with experts (Architecture, Security, Risk, Data Protection, etc).
- Design and enrich the product User Experience design.
- Actively seek and is receptive to advice and constructive feedback by internal clients, partners and team members.
- Learn from other disciplines to improve squad's efficiency.
