Le besoin
Seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Functional Consultant with exposure to MDE (Mobile Data Entry) processes and integrations to support SAP S4/HANA implementation and transformation programS. The consultant will lead RTR design workshops gather business requirements, perform fitgap analysis, support solution design, and coordinate cross-functional integration with MDE-driven warehouse and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead RTR workshops covering General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Banking Cost Center Accounting and Financial Closing
Gather and analyze business requirements and perform fitgap assessments
Prepare Functional Specifications FS Business Process Documents BPD and configuration documentation
Collaborate with MDE WM OTC PTP DTS and technical teams for integrated process design
Support configuration testing SITUAT defect resolution and golive activities
Coordinate data migration reporting compliance and local statutory requirements
Work directly with business stakeholders in France and provide onsite support during workshops and key project phases
Support change management user training and business adoption activities

Profil recherché
Required Skills:
8 years of SAP RTR experience
Experience in SAP S4HANA implementation or rollout projects
Understanding of crossfunctional integrations involving WMMDE business processes
Experience creating Functional Specifications test scenarios and business process documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S4HANA Finance certification
Experience working with European clients and multinational teams
Knowledge of French finance and statutory reporting requirements
Prior onsite implementation experience in France is highly desirable
