Data Protection Officer M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is seeking a Data Protection Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Oversee GDPR compliance and ensure proper implementation of data?protection policies
- Conduct DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and privacy risk assessments
- Digitalise, classify, and maintain documentation related to data protection activities
- Update internal systems, RoPA registers, and compliance tools
- Review contracts, data?processing agreements, and privacy clauses
- Manage data?subject requests and ensure timely follow?up
- Apply internal data?protection procedures rigorously and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and business teams
- Contribute to the team's effectiveness through structured organisation and strong advisory capabilities
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Law, Data Protection, Compliance, IT Security, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in data protection, GDPR compliance, or privacy governance
- Strong understanding of GDPR, EDPB guidelines, and privacy frameworks
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Strong command of MS Office and data?protection tools
- Fluent English is mandatory; Frenchis an asset
