Comptabilité clients ANGLAIS - Fixed-Term Contract - Aubervilliers (M/F)

As part of the recruitment process for one of our clients based in Aubervilliers, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant with professional English skills to join the Accounting & Finance division on a fixed-term contract.
You will join a dynamic team and play an active role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer accounting operations within an international professional environment where English is essential.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring accounts receivable activities;
- Recording, checking and allocating customer payments;
- Performing reconciliations between payments received and customer accounts;
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and contributing to customer collection processes;
- Reviewing customer accounts and identifying potential discrepancies;
- Preparing accounting information required for monthly and annual closing activities;
- Communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders, particularly in English;
- Contributing to the improvement and reliability of accounting processes;
- Ensuring accurate and timely accounting records in accordance with internal procedures.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract based in Aubervilliers. The annual gross salary ranges from €34,000 to €40,000, depending on your experience and profile.

Le profil recherché
We are looking for an accounting professional who would like to develop their expertise in accounts receivable within an international environment. To succeed in this position, you have previous experience in accounts receivable accounting and are comfortable working in a role requiring accuracy, autonomy and strong analytical skills.
You are recognized for the following qualifications and qualities:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field, ideally at Bachelor's or Associate degree level;
- Previous successful experience in a similar accounts receivable position;
- Good understanding of accounts receivable accounting principles and processes;
- Ability to manage customer accounts accurately and efficiently;
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in account reconciliation, payment allocation and account clearing;
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Experience with an accounting ERP system is an advantage;
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, particularly during accounting closing periods;
- Ability to identify discrepancies and contribute to their resolution;
- Autonomy, responsiveness and a strong sense of priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- Discretion and respect for the confidentiality requirements inherent to an accounting position.
