NonStop Consulting is an international recruitment agency operating across Europe and the United States.

As part of the development of our new office in Rouen, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent contract.

You will be trained to manage a full 360° recruitment desk, working with both candidates and clients while developing your own specialist market within the French healthcare sector.

This is a commercial role offering direct responsibility, structured training and significant earning potential through a fixed salary and uncapped commission scheme.

What You Will Do

* Identify and approach healthcare professionals through direct sourcing, networking and recruitment platforms.
* Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience, motivations and career expectations.
* Contact healthcare organisations, identify recruitment needs and develop new client relationships.
* Conduct business development through telephone prospecting, follow-up and market mapping.
* Manage the recruitment process from the first conversation through to interviews, offers and successful placements.
* Develop expertise in a specialist healthcare market and build your own network of candidates and clients.
* Maintain accurate information and activity within our CRM.
* Use digital and AI-supported tools to improve sourcing, communication and market analysis.

What We Are Looking For

* Fluency in French and a strong professional level of English.
* Confidence speaking on the phone and contacting people you have never spoken to before.
* A genuine interest in sales, negotiation and business development.
* Resilience, organisation and the ability to work towards clear objectives.
* Curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn from regular feedback.
* The ability to work from our office in Rouen.
* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or telephone-based communication would be an advantage, but is not essential.
