Your mission, roles and responsibilities

L'ingénieur qualité client est responsable de s'assurer que les plans d'action définis pour résoudre les problèmes qualité clients et internes sont cohérents avec les analyses des causes racines et sont mis en oeuvre efficacement.

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Qualité, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Suivi des problèmes qualité clients : Être informé des problèmes qualité clients, contribuer aux analyses 8D et à leur complétion, et vérifier l'efficacité des plans d'action.
• Support à la production : Participer activement aux analyses qualité lors de l'identification de pièces suspectes par les équipes de fabrication.
• Gestion de crise : Piloter des groupes de travail transverses en cas de crise qualité client.
• Amélioration continue : Contribuer fortement aux feuilles de route qualité des ateliers ; identifier les actions d'amélioration et les priorités.
• Suivi des indicateurs : Vérifier les données qualité client et consolider les indicateurs qualité mensuels pour les périmètres Emboutissage et Assemblage.
• Suivi quotidien : Suivre les indicateurs qualité du Top 30 Qualité quotidien et proposer des idées d'amélioration via le pilotage des entrées/sorties.
• Actions préventives : Aider à prévenir les situations critiques ou non souhaitées chez le client (par exemple via des audits réguliers du processus OK première pièce, des postes de contrôle final et de la mise en place de murs qualité).
• Formation : Contribuer aux formations qualité réalisées sur le site (QRCI, 8QB, etc.).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Diplôme d'ingénieur avec spécialisation qualité
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la fonction, idéalement en environnement industriel
• Orientation résultats et excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
• Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle
• Forte aptitude à établir des partenariats et à mener des négociations
• Esprit international
• Anglais courant
