Balenciaga - EMEA Client Engagement Data Analyst Intern F - M H/F Kering

The EMEA Client Engagement team is now looking for an intern starting in October 2026 for a duration of 6 months, to support CRM reporting activities and client insights analysis in line with Balenciaga's standards and strategic client engagement goals

How you will contribute

• Undertake market analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities

• Monthly production and review of KPIs analysis and dashboards

• Oversee database quality (data deduplication, profile merging, and maintaining a single client view)

• Leverage data and tools to analyze client purchasing behavior

• Support the coordination of multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of objectives and deliverables

• Assist in a range of market research and ad-hoc projects including competitor monitoring and forecasting with specific insights

Who you are

• At least one previous experience in data analysis.

• Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field

• Business-oriented, confident in managing databases/figures, and conducting data analysis.

• Passionate about data and proficient in using business intelligence tools.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

• Strong planning and organization skills.

• Ability to transform data queries into comprehensive reports.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python.

• Native or fluent level of French is required.
