Your tasks and responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and govern the overall tool ecosystem supporting the SAP transformation program across ARTs, MFTs, and cross-functional teams.
Establish integrations, automated workflows, and standard configurations across key tools (Agility, Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Planisware, Zoho).
Define guardrails, standard templates, playbooks, and permission schemes to streamline onboarding for external partners and internal teams.
Design overarching dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Jira Align, SAP Cloud ALM Analytics) to provide trustworthy readiness views for executive steering committees.

Desired skills and qualifications
Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence), or equivalent experience.
Experience in large-scale agile environments (ideally SAFe-based) and enterprise transformation initiatives (preferably SAP-related).
Strong understanding of enterprise tool ecosystems, integrations, workflow automation, and tool configuration.
Proven ability to support cross-functional teams, program leadership, and architects while thinking systemically with a continuous improvement mindset.
Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance collaboration, reporting, and knowledge management.
