Bid Manager - M - F H/F SUEZ

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As part of the growth of Suez Digital Solutions, we are looking for a :

Bid Manager M/F (Le Pecq)

The Bid Manager supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals for Digital Solutions projects, mainly in international contexts. The role contributes actively to the bid process from opportunity qualification to contract award, working closely with sales, technical, financial, and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Opportunity support and qualification

- Contribute to the qualification and prioritization of opportunities
- Support sales teams in analyzing client needs and defining relevant solutions
- Assist in identifying key risks and assumptions
- Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions

2. Proposal preparation and coordination

- Manage or support the preparation of bids depending on complexity
- Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, and financial teams
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of the proposal
- Follow established bid processes, tools, and templates

3. Commercial and financial contribution

- Support pricing preparation and cost consolidation
- Contribute to the development of business cases and financial models
- Ensure alignment between technical solution and commercial offer

4. Team collaboration and coordination

- Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Support coordination of internal stakeholders and, when needed, external partners
- Contribute to a structured and efficient bid process

5. Handover to execution teams

- Contribute to the preparation of project handover documentation
- Ensure key elements of the offer are clearly transferred to delivery teams

6. Tools and reporting

- Update and maintain opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Microsoft Office proficiency. Excel advanced.
- Contribute to reporting of bid activity and pipeline

Context and challenges:

Supports the growth of SUEZ Digital Solutions by contributing to international bids in a competitive environment. Key challenges include managing multiple proposals, ensuring quality and compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams within structured governance processes.

- Number and value of bids supported
- Bid success rate
- Compliance with deadlines and internal processes

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent

Expected experience :
- 3-8 years in bid management, proposals, or similar roles
- Experience in a corporate environment with structured processes and governance
- International exposure preferred; sector experience (digital, water, infrastructure) is a plus

Technical skills:
- Bid management methodologies and structured processes
- Knowledge of governance frameworks (Go/No-Go, validations)
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Basic financial/pricing understanding
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office

Behavioral competencies:
- Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
