Stage - Internship - Group ai Adoption Business Analyst H/F John Cockerill

We are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys sitting at the intersection of business, technologyand AI. Someone able to listen to a business team, capturea rough idea, and turn it into a formal, documented use case with a clear scope, a quantifiedROIand a delivery pathway that creates real value for the Group.

The internshipwill focus on fourmain areas

1. Use case discovery and qualification

• • Meet business teams to understand their needs, painpointsand ideas for AI.

  • Help identify and describe relevant AI/ML, GenAI or Copilot opportunities.

  • Ask the right questions to clarify the value, feasibility and expected outcome.

1. Formalization,ROIand business case

• • Structure use cases with scope, target users, expected benefits, dataneedsand risks.

  • Support simple business case preparation, including assumptions, benefits and high-level ROI logic.

  • Prepare clear summaries to support prioritization discussions.

1. Deliveryand adoption

• • Support selected AI initiatives by coordinating inputs, documentingprogressand following up on actions.

  • Contribute to Copilot adoption through examples, prompts, tips and user support material.

  • Help prepare workshops, demos and communication material for end users.

1. Continuous improvement and reporting

• • Collect user feedback and helpidentifyimprovement opportunities.

  • Maintain simple dashboards or KPI follow-up files on usage, adoption and value.

  • Share observations and suggestions with the team to improve adoption activities.

Key Skills

• Strong analytical mindset: framing problems, structuring information, building sound business cases.

• Comfortable navigating complex, multi-business environments and translating between business and tech.

• Genuine interest in AI/ML and Generative AI - you do not need to be a hard-core engineer, but you should be eager to build a solid understanding.

• Financial literacy: comfortable with ROI logic, assumptions, cost/benefit reasoning.

Profile we are looking for

• Solid written and spoken communication in English; French is a plus.

• Master's orBachelor'sstudent (apprenticeship-compatible program) in one of the following areas:

• • BusinessAnalysis/ Digital Business

• • Digital Transformation / IT Management

• • Management Engineering / Business Engineering

• You are availableto start inSeptemberfora period of1to2 years
