What they need
Context
You will join a project as a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Missions
- Evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state or business solution
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams
- Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop detailed process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
- Support the team by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex business and technical challenges
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools used within the project
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing business performance and operational efficiency
Tools & Environment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SD Billing (required)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SD Functional and SAP SD Module (suggested)
- Bilingual in French and English
Working Conditions
- Location: Saint-Denis at the client site (4 days per week)
- Remote work: 1 day per week
