We Are Social, a creative agency born from the social web era, is looking for a Native English-speaking Copywriter.

Your Missions:

Reporting to the Creative Directors and fully integrated into the creative department, you will help drive the strategic and operational execution of our social media communications:

• Content Creation: Conceptualizing and copywriting social media content and editorial calendars for the agency's current clients.
• Strategy: Contributing to the development of our clients' social media and broader digital strategies.
• Guidelines: Developing editorial guidelines and overseeing their rollout (storytelling, tone of voice, lexicon, post formats, etc.).
• Quality Control: Reviewing and approving daily content prior to publication on client accounts, ensuring top-tier creative quality.
• Campaigns & Pitches: Brainstorming and developing campaigns and activations for existing clients as well as for new business pitches.
• Trend Watching: Keeping a daily pulse on industry trends and new social media practices.

Requirements:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree equivalent (advertising, communications, journalism, creative studies, etc.).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Social Media, preferably in an agency setting.
• You are a native English speaker (or perfectly bilingual) with an exceptional way with words and a true flair for writing.
• You have an excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
• You are highly organized, adept at multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You have meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate impeccable rigor.
• You have strong presentation skills, are comfortable speaking in public, and are a true team player.
