Les missions du poste
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/ product owner to join our product team at ArcaScience! With your 2+ years of experience (excluding internships) in product management, you will take ownership of our AI-driven drug benefit-risk analysis SaaS platform : driving sprint management, coordinating testing and validation cycles, and leading the conception of new product versions.
You will be a central part of the product team, working closely with our engineering and scientific teams to continuously improve a product used by major pharmaceutical players and contribute to our mission of accelerating the arrival of personalized medicine in healthcare.

The Role: Product manager/product owner
Reporting to the Head of product, the Product Manager will focus on developing and executing comprehensive product initiatives to address user needs and enhance user experiences. This role combines product strategy with hands-on execution to accelerate our product roadmap.
As a Product Manager at ArcaScience, you will lead key areas of responsibility for your product(s):
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer needs
- Collaborate with your team on all phases of the product, from user discovery to final validation
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Lead sprint planning and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Conduct product testing and validation processes
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data
- Assist sales and marketing teams with content generation and product positioning

Le profil recherché
✅ Product Management Expertise
- Proven experience in product management (minimum 2 years).
- Backlog priorisation, sprint preparation, tickets writting.
- Experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, user testing, and validation.
- Experience in SaaS testing and validation process
- Ability to work autonomously, with rigor, curiosity, and a sense of initiative.
✅ Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex scientific and technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration (CTO, product, regulatory, customers).
- Committed to leading with empathy, structure, and clarity in a multicultural environment.

- Strong foundation in biology and/or pharmacy.
- Experience in AI/ML products within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience in product design or contribution (mockups, user interviews, A/B testing, etc.).
- A hybrid yet robust profile, capable of combining the requirements of an experienced product manager, a strong scientific background, and a keen interest in technological innovation.

We're now looking for a Lead Developer to help build the next generation of these products. You'll sit at the centre of the technical team, shipping the tools that bring personalised medicine closer to patients.
