Who we are

HarfangLab is a French scale-up specializing in cybersecurity that develops EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform ), and ASM (Attack Surface Management) solutions to detect and neutralize modern cyberattacks targeting an organization's workstations and servers. Our engines, models, and algorithms identify abnormal behaviors and either generate security alerts or block program execution.

Since our creation in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has received strong industry recognition, earning prestigious distinctions and becoming the first EDR to be certified by ANSSI in 2020, and later the first to obtain ANSSI qualification in 2025. We are also proud to have joined the French Tech 2030 program alongside 80 other innovative French companies, at a time when cyber resilience has become a major strategic priority for Europe.

We have raised a total of €30 million, enabling us to strengthen our teams, growing from 40 employees in 2023 to 130 today, and expand internationally across Europe.

Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of more than 800 clients of all sizes and across all sectors: CAC 40 industrial companies, government entities, SMEs, hospitals, and local authorities. What you will do with us?

As a Product Manager, you will own key areas of our product portfolio and work at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities, and technical innovation.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver products that create value for our customers and strengthen HarfangLab's leadership position in the cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the product vision and roadmap.

• Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer needs, cybersecurity trends, competitive offerings, and business objectives.

• Support strategic product decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Product Development & Delivery

• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

• Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.

Customer & Market Research

• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from users, partners, prospects, and internal teams.

• Perform market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Develop a deep understanding of endpoint security, threat detection, and cybersecurity operations.

Cross-Functional Project Management

• Build and maintain detailed project plans and product roadmaps.

• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between teams and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support product launches and customer adoption.

• Contribute to customer-facing discussions when product expertise is required.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.

• Analyze product adoption, customer satisfaction, business impact, and product performance.

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to maximize product value.

About you

Required

• Master's degree from a top Engineering School, Computer Science program, or an equivalent technical academic background.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product role within a B2B software environment.

• Proven experience working on highly technical products and collaborating closely with Software Engineering teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear product requirements and business value.

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred

• Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, observability, or enterprise software.

• Understanding of EDR, EPP, SIEM, SOC, threat detection, incident response, or security operations.

• Previous experience working in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or deep-tech company.

• Technical background in software engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, data engineering, or infrastructure.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
