Senior Systems Test & Validation Engineer m H/F fortil group

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the expansion of our engineering activities in Spain, we are looking for a Senior Systems Test & Validation Engineer (M/F) to contribute to challenging projects within high-tech and regulated industries.

Reporting to a technical manager, you will play a key role in the verification, validation and integration of complex systems throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute verification and validation activities for complex systems

• Define test strategies, test procedures and validation plans

• Develop and maintain automated test sequences and validation environments

• Ensure requirements traceability and test coverage throughout the project lifecycle

• Analyze test results, identify anomalies and contribute to corrective actions

• Produce and maintain technical documentation including specifications, validation reports and maintenance documents

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems, Software, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering

• Support integration, qualification and production teams when technical expertise is required

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and engineering processes

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Aerospace or equivalent) and have significant experience in systems testing or validation.

Requirements

• Experience in Verification & Validation (V&V), Integration & Test or Systems Engineering

• Strong knowledge of automated testing methodologies

• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C or C++

• Good understanding of complex systems integration and validation

• Experience writing technical documentation and validation reports

• Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand or similar test environments

• Knowledge of requirements management tools

• Experience in aerospace, defence, transportation, automotive or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with qualification or acceptance testing activities

Languages

• Fluent Spanish & English is mandatory
