Context

As part of high-impact business transformation initiatives, we are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Analytics Engineer to join the Data Insights & Analytics Chapter within the broader Data team. This incumbent will be based in Issy-les-Moulineaux and supports a range of critical analytical and reporting activities.

Missions

• Conducting impact analysis and assessments of transformation projects on existing business KPIs and operational processes

• Delivering targeted analyses based on evolving business requirements

• Adjusting and strengthening the reliability of major monitored KPIs, particularly across Loyalty, Topline, Sales, and other strategic business dimensions

• Designing, maintaining, and enhancing critical performance reporting, while ensuring consistency across multiple data sources

• Reviewing KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting scopes to ensure alignment with business changes and transformation impacts

• Contributing to testing and validation activities for changes affecting data, KPIs, or reporting outputs

• Identifying and escalating inconsistencies, deviations, or breaks in reporting indicators

• Supporting project scoping phases by translating business needs into actionable analytical requirements and ensuring overall consistency with existing reporting frameworks

Deliverables

• Conducting impact analysis and assessments of transformation projects on existing business KPIs and operational processes

• Delivering targeted analyses based on evolving business requirements

• Designing, maintaining, and enhancing critical performance reporting, while ensuring consistency across multiple data sources

• Contributing to testing and validation activities for changes affecting data

• Adjusting and strengthening the reliability of major monitored KPIs, particularly across Loyalty, Topline, Sales, and other strategic business dimensions

• Reviewing KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting scopes to ensure alignment with business changes and transformation impacts

Tools & Environment

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and data preparation tools including but not limited to: Tableau, Dataiku, dbt

• Strong expertise in SQL and Snowflake

• Knowledge of request management methods (backlog management and ticketing tools), ideally ServiceNow and Jira

• Understanding of data lineage and reporting logic

Working Conditions

• Fluent in English and French

• This role requires a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, transformation environment, manage complex data topics with business impact, and ensure continuity and reliability of strategic performance reporting

Profile wanted

1. Fluent in English and French
2. Advanced proficiency in data visualization and data preparation tools including but not limited to: Tableau, Dataiku, dbt
3. Strong expertise in SQL and Snowflake
4. Solid experience in data analytics and knowledge of methodologies
5. Knowledge of request management methods (backlog management and ticketing tools), ideally ServiceNow and Jira
6. Understanding of data lineage and reporting logic
7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
