Les missions du poste
You will act as the key link between global strategy and local execution,
ensuring owned media aligns with paid/earned campaigns to drive conversion and
grow the loyalty/membership program.
CRM & Automation: Plan and deploy automated, data-driven CRM campaigns via a
Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) in line with the local marketing calendar.
Data & Personalization: Leverage customer segmentation to deliver targeted
content, boost member growth, and support SEO initiatives.
Omnichannel Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media, Production, and Commercial
teams to align campaigns with the Quarterly Commercial Plan.
Membership & Activation: Take ownership of local events, partnerships, and
activation campaigns for the brand's membership program.
Le profil recherché
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in CRM or media planning, ideally
within retail or e-commerce.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in digital channels, campaign tracking, and
data analytics tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability
to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
