Senior Product Data Analyst H/F Adikteev

WHAT TEAM YOU'LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Product team, a multidisciplinary team of product Managers, Analysts, and Designer led by Loïc, our CPO, with team members based in Paris and Barcelona.

In short, the Product team is responsible for shaping and evolving the Adikteev platform (DSP), working hand-in-hand with engineering, operational and sales teams, to translate business needs into product improvements and build a deep understanding of how the platform drives performance for Adikteev's clients.

The team is organized around three pillars: Product Ownership, which handles roadmap prioritization, functional specifications, and coordination with Engineering; Product Analysis, which evaluates the business potential of projects and measures the impact of delivered features; and Product Design, which collects user feedback, identifies and prioritizes unmet needs, and designs the visual experience of the product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Adikteev is looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to help make roadmap prioritization decisions supported by in-depth analyses and reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Product team in selecting and ordering projects in the backlog based on the expected business impact for customers and partners ;

• Quantify the business opportunity behind product evolutions suggested by internal or external stakeholders ;

• Communicate the impact on business metrics of features recently rolled out ;

• Define KPIs of success for new product features in partnership with Product Managers, setup the necessary dashboards or reports to measure these KPIs ;

• Watch the evolution of product KPIs, suggest improvements and ideas that can optimize them ;

• Work proactively with ML team & PM to suggest new project ideas to add into the roadmap ;

• Provide support to Adikteev employees for questions related to internal analytics tools.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit for the Product team at Adikteev if you have:

• Learn quickly and demonstrate the ability to swiftly and effectively absorb new information.

• Excel at querying, structuring, and processing qualitative or quantitative data, and can derive insightful conclusions from it.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel with a basic knowledge of Python or R.

• Ensure no important details slip through the cracks.

• Speak and write clearly and concisely, and can effectively build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate well with peers and supervisors to foster a team environment and achieve company goals together.

• Take initiative, act without waiting for direction, and bring fresh ideas to the company.

• Are fluent in written and spoken English.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive Salary between 65,000 € and 75,000 € OTE

We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate's background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

• Case study to be completed remotely, followed by a restitution with Adrien, Lead Product Analyst and Vincent or Charlotte, Senior Product Managers;

• Team fit interview with Gurjot, Senior Product Analyst, and Doruk, Product Analyst;

• Final interview with Loïc, CPO, and Cédric, CTO.
