Les missions du poste
FR :
Rattaché·e au Responsable informatique, vous :
* installez, configurez et maintenez les équipements IT (serveurs, postes, réseaux, Wi-Fi)
* gérez le parc informatique (mises à jour, renouvellements, suivi des iPad, téléphones et écrans)
* assurez le support quotidien aux utilisateur·rice·s et priorisez les demandes
* supervisez l'infrastructure réseau et les environnements hybrides (cloud/on-premise)
* mettez à jour les procédures et participez à la gestion des incidents et des risques IT
* contribuez à la cybersécurité (RGPD, données)
* gérez la régie audiovisuelle lors des événements
* accompagnez l'usage des outils numériques
EN :
Reporting to the IT Manager, you :
* install, configure, and maintain IT systems (servers, workstations, networks, Wi-Fi)
* manage IT assets (updates, renewals, tracking of iPads, phones, screens)
* provide daily user support and prioritize requests
* oversee network infrastructure and hybrid environments (cloud/on-premise)
* document processes and contribute to incident and risk management
* support cybersecurity and compliance (GDPR, data protection)
* handle audiovisual setup for events
* support users in adopting digital tools
