What you will do
The Demand Manager plays a key role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by leading demand forecasting and ensuring alignment between commercial plans and operational capabilities. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, data-driven demand plans that support business objectives and optimize supply chain performance.
Main Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and cross-functional input
- Lead the demand planning cycle within the S&OP process and ensure timely forecast submissions
- Collaborate with Sales Areas, Finance and TTI to align demand plans with business strategy
- Facilitate Renault Trucks decision meetings and provide insights on risks and opportunities
Your future team
Join our S&OP team, made up of 25 passionate individuals dedicated to managing orders for the entire range of Renault Trucks vehicles worldwide, from diesel-powered models to electric vehicles.
You will also be a member of the Sales & Operating Planning management team and be the point of contact with Renault Trucks senior management within the Demand Planning process .

- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Experience in S&OP / IBP processes is a merit
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, planning systems)
The mission is scheduled to begin in September for a period of five months.
