• Within the Project & Services department, you will contribute to the design and development of a Project Management application designed for Land Frame market.


• Over time, you will progressively transition into a product management role, taking both functional and strategic ownership of your solutions and participate in the digitalization of PWR-T.

Purpose (Sum up the position using one or two sentences)

• Manage the development of the Nex&You Application throughout the Land Frame project portfolio - Starting with France


• This position offers a clear path toward an IT Product Manager role, combining technical expertise, business understanding, and strategic product leadership.

• Design, Develop and deploy digitalization application


• Ensure quality through user acceptance testing with end users


• Support teams in adopting solutions (training, guidance, support)


• Take ownership of one or more digital products/tools (e.g. Nex&You)


• Prioritize requirements based on business value


• Manage the product backlog and coordinate development (Agile methodologies)


• Act as the interface between business and technical teams


• Monitor Product performance (KPIs, adoption, ROI)


• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization
