Position : Junior IT Product Manager

Context (Examples: creation or restructuration of a department, process maturity, new position, current specific department stakes etc.)
- Within the Project & Services department, you will contribute to the design and development of a Project Management application designed for Land Frame market.
- Over time, you will progressively transition into a product management role, taking both functional and strategic ownership of your solutions and participate in the digitalization of PWR-T.
Purpose (Sum up the position using one or two sentences)
- Manage the development of the Nex&You Application throughout the Land Frame project portfolio - Starting with France
- This position offers a clear path toward an IT Product Manager role, combining technical expertise, business understanding, and strategic product leadership.
Areas of responsibility (Use active verbs to define areas of responsibility and especially the weight of each responsibility : Manage, Support, Participate; Is responsible for, Is in charge of, Promote, Contribute etc.)
- Design, Develop and deploy digitalization application
- Ensure quality through user acceptance testing with end users
- Support teams in adopting solutions (training, guidance, support)
- Take ownership of one or more digital products/tools (e.g. Nex&You)
- Prioritize requirements based on business value
- Manage the product backlog and coordinate development (Agile methodologies)
- Act as the interface between business and technical teams
- Monitor Product performance (KPIs, adoption, ROI)
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization

- Successful delivery of digital application aligned with business needs (on time, on scope, and on quality)
- Improved efficiency and automation of operational processes (based on ROI, KPIs)

Required skills and qualifications (Management and function competencies regarding available Nexans models, personal attributes, education, experience)
- Strong development skills (programming, data, reporting tools)
- Good understanding of business needs and interest in functional topics
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong interest in product management and Agile practices
