Détail du poste

ROSI Iberia is part of the ROSI Group, a fast-growing French industrial company founded in 2017 that develops breakthrough technologies for the circular economy. As pioneers in the recycling and recovery of raw materials from the photovoltaic industry, we master the industrial and technological challenges of our sector and are committed to making it fully circular.

Our team (around 50 people) is primarily technical and made up of dynamic, autonomous and committed individuals, whose diverse backgrounds and experiences are at the core of our company's vision and success.

Context of the job opening

ROSI Energy Iberia is preparing the development and industrial deployment of its first site in Spain to launch a virtuous photovoltaic recycling sector in the country. While the project has already secured strong strategic foundations, it is still at an early stage, with key milestones ahead including permitting approvals and overall industrial setup, development of partnerships, deployment of the commercial strategy, and future site ramp-up.

In this context, ROSI is seeking a BU Director for a broad, cross-functional role who can combine business sense, project leadership, industrial understanding, external interface management, and execution discipline.

The BU Director will benefit from the active support of ROSI's headquarters in France, particularly on engineering and commercial aspects, while maintaining full ownership of local execution and development with the support of her/his team (to date, one person-the Site Manager, in charge of overseeing construction, industrial execution, commissioning, operations, HSE, and management of the local production team)

Main responsibilities

* Act as the local lead for ROSI Energy Iberia, ensuring overall coordination and alignment with Group priorities.
* Drive the project from development through construction to operation, monitoring timelines, risks, and key interfaces.
* Lead commercial development in Spain and build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and public stakeholders.
* Coordinate high level technical and industrial aspects of the project (engineering, construction preparation, commissioning) in close collaboration with internal teams and partners.
* Oversee permitting processes and manage interactions with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
* Contribute to project planning, budget follow-up, and execution, ensuring structured reporting and timely escalation of issues.
* Support the build-up of the local organization and prepare the future operational set-up of the site (hiring, organization etc.).
* Promote high standards in health & safety, compliance, and professional project execution.

We are looking for someone able to lead the development of our Spain entity in a broad, hands-on, and entrepreneurial manner. This role is designed for a builder - someone capable of turning a developing project into a fully operational industrial site.

Education

Master's degree or engineering degree in engineering, industrial project management, process industry, energy, environment, or a related field.

Experience

* Significant experience (10+) in industrial project development, plant management, industrialization, or site leadership preferably in Spain.
* Experience in a role involving coordination of multiple interfaces: technical, regulatory, commercial, and external stakeholders.
* Experience in recycling, energy, waste management, chemicals, manufacturing, or process industry is a plus.

Skills and personal qualities

* Strong understanding of industrial project phases: development, engineering, permitting, construction, commissioning, ramp-up, and operation.
* Strong business acumen and ability to engage & negotiate with partners and external stakeholders.
Solid project management capabilities: planning, prioritization, coordination, risk management, reporting.
* Comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment.
* Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented.

Languages

* Fluent Spanish and English required.
* French is a strong plus.
