THE ROLE

Quantis' Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We are looking for an HR intern to assist our Global Learning & Development Lead. Based in our Paris office, your main mission will be to support the team on Learning & Development topics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Learning & Development Intern, with the support of the Learning & Development Lead, you will be working on:

Supporting the design and execution of training programs, including Onboarding

Coordinating logistics of the L&D events and tracking attendance

Helping with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools

Monitoring the effectiveness of our learning programs

Preparing engaging internal communication around our programs

Providing user support on the learning platform/programs

You have advanced Excel skill and are comfortable using PowerPoint.

You are curious and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability

You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication). French would be a big plus.

· Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home)

· Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled at a university / business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid convention de stage. Priority will be given to students seeking an end of studies internship / stage de fin d'études.

· Start date: September 2026

· Duration: 6 months
