IT Performance Product Owner H/F CMA CGM

MISSION

The Product Owner Operational / Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the operational execution of the Group IT Performance Cockpit across all IT organizations (CMA CGM, CEVA & subsidiaries). This role ensures the definition, structuring, implementation and benchmarking of IT performance KPIs, as well as their translation into data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions that support executive decision-making.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

This role reports to the Head of IT Performance Management in the CIO Office.

1. Manage and operate the IT Performance Cockpit backlog
- Define, structure and maintain a centralized backlog of KPIs, dashboards and use cases
- Ensure prioritization aligned with Group IT strategy and business needs
- Maintain consistency across all IT performance domains
- Ensure strong rigor in KPI definitions, methodologies and calculation rules across entities
- Contribute to the evaluation of IT performance against market benchmarks and industry standards

2. Define and operationalize IT performance KPIs
- Develop and maintain a deep and structured understanding of IT performance KPIs
- Define KPI frameworks, calculation rules, thresholds and measurement methodologies
- Ensure KPIs are relevant, measurable, comparable and actionable
- Validate data sources and ensure reliability and consistency across entities
- Continuously challenge KPI relevance to maximize decision-making value

3. Drive data-driven delivery and implementation
- Coordinate IT, Data and BI teams for KPI and dashboard implementation
- Ensure translation of KPI definitions into data models, pipelines and reporting solutions
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies and timelines
- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability of KPI outputs
- Challenge data inconsistencies and ensure alignment between KPI logic and data outputs
- Support industrialization and automation of reporting

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst or IT Project Management roles
- Good experience in data, reporting, BI or IT performance environments
- Experience working with complex data environments and multiple data sources

Skills
- Strong understanding of IT performance KPIs
- Strong expertise in data, reporting and BI topics (data modelling, KPI calculation, dashboard design)
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven specifications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex data topics
- Ability to challenge data and ensure data quality and consistency
- Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
