Les missions du poste
- Define, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and manage internal and external audit programs for project contractors and subcontractors.
- Review and challenge contractor quality documentation including Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and audit schedules.
- Act as focal point for the Management of Change (MoC) process across all project packages.
- Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, HSE, Project Controls, Contracts, and Package teams regarding change management and quality matters.
- Monitor quality risks, non-conformities, corrective actions, and contractor performance.
- Lead transversal quality coordination and facilitate resolution of interface issues between packages and contractors.
- Contribute to KPI development, reporting dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote quality culture, lessons learned deployment, and lean quality practices throughout the project.
- Support partner, concessionaire, and stakeholder interfaces on quality-related topics.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, audits, and governance reviews as required.
Le profil recherché
- Engineering degree, MSc, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas projects, including offshore developments.
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer, Project Quality Lead, or equivalent role within complex offshore projects.
- Strong knowledge of Project Quality Management Systems and Management of Change (MoC) processes.
- Demonstrated experience in transversal coordination, contractor management, and interface management.
- Experience with audits, quality surveillance, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of offshore project execution environments including EPC/EPCI contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and work effectively within multicultural and international project teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by project activities.

Reporting to the Performance & Engagement Manager, the Senior Project Quality Lead will be responsible for defining, deploying, and sustaining the Project Quality Management framework while ensuring effective Management of Change (MoC), quality governance, risk anticipation, contractor compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. The position is based in Courbevoie with international mobility required.
