Content Project Specialist
At Salomon, content is a key driver of our global brand growth and marketing performance. To support our Brand & Marketing acceleration, we are looking for a Content Project Specialist to strengthen our Content Team and help scale our Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem.
This role will act as a strategic lever in our content roadmap, ensuring efficient management of the DAM platform whilecoordinating content projects across teams and markets. The position will contribute to improving the visibility, accessibility, and performance tracking of our digital assets, supporting a more data-driven approach to marketing and content operations.
Your Mission
Within the Content Team, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Content & DAM Manager to coordinateand support ourcontent initiatives and the continuous development of our DAM ecosystemthat supports global teams and ensures premium brand content management.
Your role will ensure thatall our content is premium quality and delivered on time, thatdigital assets are efficiently managed, easily accessible, and effectivelyleveragedby teams worldwide.By strengthening our DAM strategy and analytics capabilities, you will help improve how we track asset usage, measure content performance, andoptimizecontent ROI across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Project Coordination
- Coordinate content-related projects across global teams and markets.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, creative, e-commerce,SEOand digital teams.
- Support the implementation of content processes and best practices.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Product Information Management (PIM)
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of content available in the DAM.
- Maintain metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset governance processes.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, Product, and Creative teams to understand asset requirements and support business needs.
- Train teams on DAM best practices and system usage.
- Contribute todocumentation, user guidelines, and governance materials to support DAM adoption and best practices.
- Supportlocalizationin the implementation of PIM translations, including integration with the Phrase localization platform.
DAMStrategy& Analytics
- Contribute to the development of our DAM strategy and roadmap.
- Strengthen DAM analytics capabilities tomonitorasset usage and performance.
- Supportreportingon content engagement and asset ROI.
- Help foster a data-driven culture across marketing and content operations.
- ConductDAM assessment study & analysis, gather userfeedbackand implement improvements.
Stakeholder Support
- Act as a key contact for internal& externalteams using the DAM platform.
- Support all queries from all DAM users (worldwide)in accessing and distributing content efficiently.
- Gather feedback from users and contribute to continuous platformimprovements.

Le profil recherché
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media,ITora relatedfield.
- 2-3 years of experience in content management, marketing operations,DAM/PIMmanagement,digitalproject coordination.
- Strong organizational andprojectmanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with interest in content performance and data.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- StrongFrench &Englishwritten and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Attention to detailand structuredapproachesto tasks.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of digital content.
- Knowledgeofdigitalsystems,workflows,CMS,metadata, taxonomy, or content management systemsarea plus.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management(DAM)platforms such asAprimo,Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, orBrandfolderis a plus.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Salsify,Akeneo,Pimcore, or similar systemsina plus.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) is a plus.
