Job description

Mission Objectives

• Analyze and formalize business requirements
• Support the evolution of existing tools
• Ensure alignment between functional needs and IT developments
• Oversee and validate developments delivered by an external service provider

Your challenges will be:

Responsibilities

Functional analysis

• Gather and analyze stakeholders' requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Draft scoping documents (context, issues, solutions)
• Contribute to the writing of functional specifications / requirements documents
  

IT follow-up & coordination

• Collaborate with the external service provider to refine analysis
• Monitor development progress
• Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions
• Participate in project follow-up meetings
  

Testing & validation

• Define the testing strategy
• Organize and execute validation phases
• Identify and track defects/bugs
• Validate deliverables before production release
  

Support & change management

• Prepare production releases
• Communicate with end users
• Support adoption of new features
• Evaluate the quality of post-implementation enhancements
