YOU RESPONSABILITIES

We are looking for a SW/HW Test Engineer in Porto with the mission of designing and implementing the tools and procedures for industrialization and testing of the BU product portfolio, supporting its production and commercialization.

• Design and implement the electronic boards and devices production test plans;
• Design and implement the electronic boards and devices production test tools;
• Work closely with R&D team regarding the definition of interfaces for test plans and test tools;
• Design and implement HW platforms for the automatic tests support;
• Production of automatic test reports;
• Production of technical documentation;
• Work closely with Production team, permanently identifying all improvement opportunities for the industrialization process;
• Adaptation, evolution and improvement of existing platforms and tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent);
• Solid understanding of electronics production, test plans, and technical schematics
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Preference in Python but C# or Java is OK) and graphics-oriented frameworks (.NET);
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual Basic);
• Experience with PCB design software (KiCad preferred) and version control tools (SVN);
• Ability to draft clear technical documentation (software drawings, schematics, user manuals);
• Comfort working with both Linux and Windows environments;
• Advanced written and spoken English;
