YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Global Marketing Team a Marketing Manager (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Marketing, you will join a dynamic team based at one of our European offices.

You will work closely with our Product Lines leadership teams, marketing operations specialists, and market intelligence experts within the framework of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and pipeline generation.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Your mission is to craft strategic marketing visions and develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive Product Lines growth, ensuring alignment between business objectives and effective marketing execution. Your role is essential to creating business value, building a healthy sales pipeline, and increasing brand awareness in the market.

You will:

- Develop and lead the elaboration of PLs' integrated marketing plans in collaboration with key PLs leaders, ensuring alignment between business goals, marketing strategy, and operational execution

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform the marketing strategy

- Collaborate cross-functionally to create cohesive, multi-channel marketing plans that maximize impact and return on investment

- Manage the marketing budget for the PLs in scope, calling for resources effectively to support strategic initiatives

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing programs, activities, and campaigns

- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

- Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture

- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for the PLs you own, advising the executive team on marketing-related decisions

- Serve as GPL Marketing SPOC for PLs interlocutors and filter out + prioritize their marketing asks based on strategy fit, budget & resources availability

Strategic marketing planning expertise in B2B/complex B2C environments - Enables you to craft comprehensive marketing visions that translate into measurable business growth and pipeline generation for our Product Lines.

Data analysis and performance measurement proficiency - Allows you to identify market opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and demonstrate clear ROI through KPI tracking.

Multi-channel campaign development and event management expertise - Ensures you can create cohesive, integrated campaigns and high-impact events that maximize reach and generate qualified leads.

Marketing technology knowledge (CRM, automation, CMS) - Enables you to leverage digital tools to streamline campaign execution and enhance performance measurement.

Project and budget management skills - Allows you to effectively allocate resources, manage marketing budgets (100-300K€), and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Visionary strategic mindset with collaborative leadership - Helps you translate business goals into impactful marketing initiatives while inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Agile and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills - Ensures you can pivot strategies in response to market changes, influence stakeholders, and serve as a thought leader for marketing decisions.

Innovative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset - Drives marketing innovation, fosters a test-and-learn culture, and ensures you consistently deliver measurable results while staying current with industry trends.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a university or business school.

You have 10 years' experience in B2B or complex B2C marketing environments, ideally with a background in the international groups, with a strong interest in strategic planning, data analytics, and integrated campaign management.

Language requirement: Professional proficiency in English is essential. Fluent proficiency in another EU language (French, Italian, or German) is appreciated.
