Apprenticeship - Data Analyst And ai H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

As an intern in the CMA CGM Risk Department, you will focus on the iControl tool, which centralizes all group rules-including legal, country-specific, and policy requirements, as well as customer preferences. iControl is widely adopted across CMA CGM departments to manage risk and exceptions (e.g., Ethics and Compliance, Documentation, Credit Management). The tool is integrated with key business applications and tracks rule execution, generating substantial data for analysis.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Enhance monitoring of rule execution and KPIs using Qlik Sense.
• Apply AI-driven analysis to identify risks related to rule bypasses, customer behavior, and geographic trends.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define and document requirements.
• Collaborate with IT (AI, architecture, development) to identify solutions, define scope, and set timelines.
• Conduct analysis, prepare functional documentation, perform testing, and support deployment.
• Communicate proactively and provide status updates to the department and stakeholders.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, and delivery quality in partnership with IT.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) with a strong foundation in project management, as well as AI and data technologies.
• You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and core information system components, including application layers, databases, data flows, and infrastructure.
• You are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate business needs into actionable solutions
• You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
