As Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hilti's global digital ecosystem, influencing how millions of customers interact with our websites every day. You will define and drive a clear product vision, own a strategic roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable digital capabilities that elevate the entire endtoend customer experience. You will align business priorities across markets and stakeholders, guide your team toward impactful outcomes, and continuously improve our digital solutions.
This fulltime position is based in Paris and available immediately. Required travel: up to 10%.
What You'll do
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of a key digital product within Hilti's global e-commerce team.
- Craft and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
- Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
- Align with stakeholders across functions to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to inform product decisions and iterations.
- Ensure seamless integration of new features into the global e-commerce architecture.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and functionality.
What You'll Bring
To help you succeed, we'll provide the tools, autonomy and support needed from day one. Here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- STEM degree or equivalent experience; strong technical background and experience working with internal technical teams; business or marketing acumen is a plus (ecommerce KPIs, conversion funnels)
- 2+ years as a Product Owner in ecommerce or digital platforms; experience with JIRA, Confluence, GA, A/B testing tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); proven ability to write clear user stories and manage backlogs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to partner across functions.management skills; ability to partner across functions.
