Employment conditions
Contract & status:
- Gross monthly salary: 3 392 €
- Fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible for 6 months
- Single posting
Work environment:
- Position based in Sanaa, Yemen, with regular field visits
Benefits:
- 13th month salary (paid in 2 installments after 6 months of service)
- Expatriation allowance: 10% of gross monthly salary
- Coverage of travel (home - mission), visas, and vaccinations
- Guesthouse
- Health insurance (50% covered by MdM and 50% by the employee)

Votre profil
You are the right match if you fit to the following selection criteria:
- Degree in HR, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar position in the humanitarian sector
- Experience in complex or conflict-affected environments is an asset
Technical skills
- Strong HR management expertise (policies, procedures, legal framework)
- Budget and payroll management
- Recruitment, training, and team management
Soft skills
- Leadership and decision-making
- Adaptability and resilience in challenging environments
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
IT & Languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are assets
