THE ROLE
As Quantis continues to grow and strengthen its collaboration with BCG, we are looking for acurious and hands-onBusiness Analystto support and improve our ERP and data environment.
This is ahybrid role at the intersection of systems, data, business, and finance. You will work on our NetSuite setup while contributing to the evolution of our systems.
The role combines recurring operational tasks (data updates, reporting, user support, troubleshooting) with improvement and automation initiatives. We are looking for someone comfortable handling both.
You willmainly workwith business data (financials, costs, timesheets, sales, project performance) in a consulting environment, collaborating with international teams witha high levelof autonomy.
You will also support the preparation of a future ERPmigration within the next 2 years.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and improve our current ERP(NetSuite):
- Build andmaintainreports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Help structure, clean, andvalidatedata
- Contribute to workflows and automations
- Support teams in the effective use of the ERP, with training and guidance
Handle recurring data and reporting tasks:
- Consolidatedata from multiple sources& tools(ERP, Staffing, CRM, HR)
- Update andmaintaindashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy,consistencyand reliability
Work ondata and analytics:
- Build and improve dashboards (Tableau or similar)
- Analyze business data (financials, projects, staffing, etc.)
- Provideactionable insights to support decision-making
Improve processes and automation:
- Identifyrepetitive/manual tasks
- Implement simple automations (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Usemodern toolsto work efficiently:
- LeverageAItools(ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Continuously improve workflows and ways of working
Act as abridge between business and systems:
- Work with finance, operations, and other teams
- Translate needs into practical solutions
Support the futureERP transition(NetSuite SAP):
- Document processes and business needs
- Assistin system setup and migration tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, ERP, data/reporting, or similar roles (consulting, audit, or corporate)
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or data-related fields
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system; experience with NetSuiteisa must
- Strong data skills: advanced Excel knowledge and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Interest in systems improvement, automation, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and transparent
- Curious, adaptable, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Strong communicationskills in English and French. Additionallanguages are a plus.
