Treasury Apprentice H/F FORVIA

As part of a team of 10 professionals reporting to the Group Treasurer, your responsibilities will include the following:

1. Cash Management

• Day-to-day management of the Group's cash and liquidity: analyzing and optimizing subsidiaries' cash flow forecasts; utilizing various liquidity resources (overdrafts, credit lines, factoring).

• Integration and reconciliation of account statements received via bank communication systems; reconciliation and validation of bank balances; balancing the Group's cash position (all currencies).

• Monitoring and control of interest rate scales for bank accounts and subsidiaries' checking accounts. Verification of bank fees.

• Management of major cash pooling arrangements: participation in the administration of cash management and bank communication contracts, account openings, and the setup of internal accounts.

• Integration of new business units.

• Updating of Treasury reporting indicators and tools.

• Participation in the implementation of the Bank Fees Reporting - BSB

2. Back-Office

• Back-office for Group Treasury market operations (commercial paper, foreign exchange, and interest rate transactions with banks and subsidiaries): transaction confirmation, contract review, settlement processing, and dispute and incident management.

Your profile:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance and Treasury or equivalent, or in the second year of a business school program
• Curiosity, attention to detail, independence, and reliability.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• The position will require proficiency in treasury management software (KTP and CMS - Finastra) and banking communication software (Cashpooler - Datalog)

The person in this position reports to the Head of Cash Management & Back Office in the Group Treasury department.
