You will live a unique professional experience, at the heart of the manufacturing of our helicopters.

Our Team:

We are in charge of selecting the right standard products (*) for our new and legacy helicopters, delivering essential data, documents and 3D models to the Design Office. This demands adherence to tight deadlines and cost controls, while providing crucial technical support and considering Airbus Helicopters' industrial constraints and customer support needs.

(*) Examples of standard products: screws, nuts, rivets, electrical components, clamps, metallic and non-metallic raw materials, glues, paints, surface protection, etc.

Our team operates in an agile mode relying on autonomous Squads, with a dedicated backlog and established routines across four sites: Marignane & Le Bourget (France), Donauwörth (Germany), and Lodz (Poland), complemented by external services. At a larger scale, you'll be part of the "Laboratory, Materials & Processes" (LMP) department, a team of around two hundred people developing, qualifying and ensuring production support for all materials and manufacturing processes for our helicopters.

  • Support the exploration of AI and newly developed digital capabilities to promote new solutions

  • Connect with all stakeholders across Supply Chain, Industry, Design, Quality, and Engineering, particularly within the LMP department, fostering a "breaking silos" mindset. Benchmark within the company and beyond to propose new initiatives.

  • Support implementation & respect of any legal classifications into systems (export control, military, environmental, intellectual property...)

You'll receive sponsorship from the team leader and a dedicated Standardization eXpert. Expect to travel within Europe 4 to 8 times annually (1-3 days per trip) and benefit from teleworking up to 2 days per week.

Skills & Prerequisites:
