THE ROLE


We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Influencer Marketing & PR Manager to lead and execute earned advocacy strategies for Burberry Beauty.


This role sits at the intersection of influence marketing, PR, culture, and storytelling, with a strong focus on elevating brand desirability, awareness, and engagement through innovative influencer programs, media relations, and 360° activations.


The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, deep expertise in beauty and luxury communications, and a proven ability to manage complex global-local ecosystems in a fastpaced, international environment.



KEY RESPONSABILITIES


Influencer Marketing & PR Strategy



  • Define and implement comprehensive Influencer Marketing & PR strategies aligned with brand positioning, global priorities, and local market needs.

  • Develop and roll out global IM/PR guidelines, toolkits, and best practices across fragrance, makeup and KCPs, to maximize consistency, impact, and scalability across markets.

  • Ensure strong alignment with Global Marketing, Digital, Media, DTC, Commercial and Licensor's teams to deliver fully integrated 360° plans.



Influencer & Talent Partnerships



  • Lead the execution of paid and earned influencer campaigns, including briefing, content supervision, approvals with fashion house and coordination with the markets.

  • Oversee influencer seeding, gifting, and mailer programs across launches and always-on initiatives, ensuring strong storytelling and brand desirability.



  • Manage campaign talents press days, interviews, public appearances, and shoots.



Press & Media Relations



  • Collaborate with markets to build and nurture strong relationships with key media (print, digital, social, lifestyle, beauty, and culture) to secure highquality coverage.

  • Develop global communication assets and messaging while strictly respecting brand guidelines and tone of voice (press materials, press kits, launches, interviews, etc.)



Events & Brand Activations



  • Conceptualize and lead Global and Local press and influencer events (launch events, masterclasses, experiential activations, local activations etc), ensuring flawless execution and high content value.

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences.



Leadership & Coordination



  • Act as a key point of contact for local markets, supporting execution, sharing best practices, and ensuring strategic consistency.



  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with licensor headquarters, ensuring continuous communication and alignment of all programs with the licensor's global direction.



  • Coordinate closely with external agencies, production partners, and suppliers.

  • Manage and mentor IM/PR team members, fostering a collaborative, creative, and highperformance culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day budget management.



Performance, Insights & Budgeting



  • Track, analyze, and report on PR and influencer performance (coverage, reach, engagement, SOV, ROI), identifying key insights to continuously refine brand strategy.



  • Translate results into actionable insights to continuously improve strategies and execution.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts with accuracy and accountability.



PROFILE & EXPERIENCE



  • 8-10 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications, ideally within beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.

  • Strong understanding of the global beauty ecosystem, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), creator culture, and emerging trends.

  • Proven ability to manage multimarket, highvisibility campaigns and seniorlevel stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex projects.

  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and relationshipbuilding skills.



  • Strategic thinker with strong cultural sensitivity and operational execution skills.

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and resultsdriven.

  • Natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in fastmoving, international environments.



  • Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury or equivalent).

  • Digital, social, influencerspecific training or APAC landscape knowledge is a plus.
