Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: France - International Industrial Group
Languages required: English and German (fluent)

Main Mission

The CTO defines and drives the group's technology strategy to support growth, competitiveness, and innovation. He/she ensures consistency and performance of information systems, technological infrastructures, and digital initiatives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technology vision aligned with the company's overall strategy.

• Lead digital transformation and industrial innovation (Industry 4.0, automation, cybersecurity, data, AI).

• Oversee IT & Digital teams across international locations (Europe, Americas, Asia).

• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability.

• Build strategic technology partnerships with key stakeholders (software providers, start-ups, universities).

• Work closely with business leaders, R&D, and industrial operations.

• Monitor technological and regulatory trends (cybersecurity, global compliance).

• Represent the technology function at the executive committee and board level.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or related fields.

• Proven track record (10+ years) in senior technology leadership roles, ideally in an international industrial environment.

• Strong expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Demonstrated leadership, results-driven, with the ability to inspire multicultural teams.

• Fluency in English and German; French is an asset.
