This role can be based in Paris or London - Permanent position
Hybrid set up - min 2 days/week in office
We are seeking a proactive Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the agile, high-stakes bridge between Product and Sales in a rapidly evolving market. You must possess a deep "sales-first" mindset, translating complex innovations into narratives that actually close deals.
You won't just manage launches but also actively architect our market perception through data-driven execution and strategic curiosity. If you thrive on shifting priorities and understand that a great product is only as good as its ability to sell, you belong here!
Your missions:
Strategic Positioning: Collaborate with product management and marketing departments to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target audiences.
Sales Enablement & Training: Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users.
Asset Creation: Develop internal tools and external collateral and enable teams how and when to use them.
GTM Orchestration: Define and execute GTM strategies for all supported capabilities, products, and services, aligned with our quarterly release cycle.
Market Intelligence: Be the expert on our buyers : who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
Competitive Strategy: Be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned to develop defensive strategies.
Thought Leadership: Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support, including speaking engagements and written works.
Pricing: Partner with Finance and Product to optimize pricing models that reflect value and drive expansion in the target sectors.
Profile:
5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a fast-paced software environment
Deep understanding of the Real Estate Investment and/or Finance sector is highly preferred
Highly proactive and comfortable delivering high-quality output in a fast-paced, two-week sprint model
Fluency in English. Full professional proficiency in French or German is a plus
Proficiency with HubSpot, Wordpress, Project tracking tools and AI tools.
