Safran Electronics & Defense (SED) is recruiting 3 Regional Health & Safety Coordinators to support its ambitious health, safety and well-being at work challenges, as part of the strengthening of its central Health & Safety team.
Your mission:
As a member of SED's Health & Safety Management team and reporting to the SED's H&S Director, you will support SED sites and subsidiaries (around 11 sites) distributed in Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, to ensure the effective deployment of the Group's and SED's Health & Safety policy. You will be the main Health & Safety contact for these sites, working closely with sites management.
Le profil recherché
- Professional English & French required
- Mobility: regular travel within the geographical area
- Mastery of Safran Health & Safety tools & standards
- 7 to 10 years' experience in a comparable environment
- Autonomy, organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience of working in matrix mode
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit, proactivity and initiative
- Ability to combine high standards with confidence in your contacts
