Marketing & Communication Officer H/F HOUSE OF ABY

Your role

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will be the main point of contact for all marketing and communication activities across our three Belgian brands. You will handle both internal and external communication and work closely with our HR Director and the international marketing team.

Also, you will play a central role in strengthening our brand identity in Belgium and within House of ABY.

What will you do?

Communication & Content

• You are responsible for all communication in Belgium, across our three brands.
• You manage internal communication such as HR updates, company news, and business communication.
• You create engaging newsletters, PowerPoint updates, and mailings.
• You proactively gather information from colleagues to build relevant content.

Marketing & Employer Branding

• You contribute to group projects such as employer branding, LinkedIn strategies, marketing plans, and job fairs.
• You manage the LinkedIn profiles of our Belgian brands.
• You ensure the availability of marketing materials, goodies, and visibility at events.
• You follow Abylsen Group guidelines while bringing your own ideas.

Events & Office Presence

• You organize all Belgian events: summer event, New Year event, team buildings, etc.
• You manage the event budget and ensure flawless execution.
• You regularly visit our three offices; ideally, you are based in Ghent or Brussels (approx. once a week in Brussels).

Working in an International Team

• You are part of the French marketing team, working with colleagues from France, Italy, the UK, and Belgium.
• You have no local marketing peers, so autonomy and ownership are key.
