About the Role

ManoMano is accelerating its Second Life offering, a strategic initiative that gives a second life to returned, refurbished, or damaged-packaging products, for the benefit of sellers, customers, and the planet. This is a fast-growing business at the heart of our sustainability and circular economy ambitions. As the Second Life Operations & Sales Apprentice, you'll work at the crossroads of ops and business development, hand-in-hand with the Operations team, to grow this offer: onboarding sellers, structuring processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. A great opportunity to have real impact on a fast-moving, high-visibility project.


Core Responsibilities

1. Operational Setup & Process Management

  • Contribute to the end-to-end Seconde Vie process: product intake, grading, pricing, and listing.

  • Structure and document SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and monitor daily operations to keep the seller and customer experience smooth.

2. Commercial Development & Seller Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and onboard sellers with eligible returned or refurbished products onto the Second Life offer.

  • Manage existing seller accounts to ensure their satisfaction and long-term development.

  • Conduct calls and negotiations with partners to enhance prospecting and negotiation skills, essential for developing and maintaining strong partnerships.

  • Work closely with commercial and ops teams to remove blockers and accelerate seller onboarding.

3. Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Track and report weekly KPIs for the Second Life activity (GMV, SKU count, sell-through rate, etc.).

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Use Google Sheets, Excel, Qlik, and Zoho CRM to produce actionable insights and drive decisions.


Your Profile

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bac +3 to Bac +5 program in Business or Engineering Schools.

  • Professional Background: A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in e-commerce, operations, business development, or sales is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Organized, autonomous, and accountable.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with data; proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.

  • Mindset: Business-driven, customer-obsessed, and a team player. A genuine interest in sustainability and the circular economy is a plus.

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
