Mission - Activities:
- Lead the implementation of an 18month enterprise AI strategy aligned with the client's innovationenabler mission, balancing governance, domain autonomy, and data ethics.
- Design and build a modern, cloudnative AI platform.
- Create measurable value through an ROI framework focused on adoption, costtoserve, and revenue uplift.
- Start as an individual contributor and progressively build a team of AI developers.
- Act as a bridge between executives, product owners, and technical leads to transform AI and automation use cases into production-ready solutions.
- Promote AI literacy and run internal communities of practice.
Job Experience:
- 2 years building AI solutions with GenAI, LLMs, and ML/DL.
- 4-6 years of software development (fullstack: Python, React/Next.js).
- 2 years as a Business Analyst.
- Delivered AI solutions improving business efficiency and brings a portfolio of AI apps.
- Proven ability to translate software into measurable P&L impact (ROI frameworks, cost allocation models).
- Strong stakeholder management across executives and business teams.
Nice to Have:
- Payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience.
- GenAI Leadership certification.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science.
- LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, OpenAI API, LangChain, Python, Django, Streamlit, JavaScript, React/Next.js.
- Strategic mindset focused on business value.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in complex environments.
- Ability to translate between technical and nontechnical stakeholders and shape use cases from highlevel ideas.
Essential and cumulative requirements:
- Past experience in software development.
- Real AI project delivery over the last 2 years (not only project management).
- Ability to quantify AI project impact.
