Within theSales Analytics & Performance teamattached to theBusiness Operations & StrategyDepartment,this roleis responsible forupdatingsixdashboardsshared to the different sales populations ofLabel & Artist Solutions,ensuring data reliabilityand performing ad-hoc analyses - in collaboration with the team's analysts.
The successful candidate will be expected toproactively suggest improvementsto enhance dashboardusage by internal teams.
Missions :
1/Daily/MonthlyUpdatesofsales performancedataset & dashboards:
Integration oftables shared by teams in ourdatamodel.
Integration of newdata sources in ourdatamodel.
Data model updates.
Management of dashboard access
2/ Improvement of the data ingestion process:
Improvement of the ingestion processand the data workflow
Documentation of the ingestion process
3/ Improvement of existing Power BI dashboards:
Creation of new data visualizations according to needs
Improvement of thedashboardsusage
4/ Carrying out ad hoc analyses:
Use ofperformance datato produce analyses at the request of theBusiness Operations & Strategy team.
Qualifications
Rigor and analytical skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel
SQL
Understanding Databases
Previousexperience with a business intelligence/data visualization tool (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Oral and written English
Native or fluent in French
Enrolled in aMaster'sdegree (Bac +4/5)
