Supply Chain Quality Manager H/F HOUSE OF ABY

As a Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM), you will play a key role in ensuring the ontime delivery of highquality products within a diverse supplier network. You will serve as the main interface between Airbus and its suppliers, overseeing their performance from development to serial production. What would you be doing in your daytoday?

Supplier Performance & Product Quality Oversight

- Implement procurement and supplier development strategies.
- Define and manage surveillance plans for each supplier and product.
- Ensure full compliance with requirements, standards and quality expectations.
- Identify risks, monitor action plans, report progress and escalate issues when needed.

Quality Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Apply Airbus SC&Q standards (APQP, control plans, 8D/9S, Ishikawa, 5 Whys...).
- Support audits, First Article Inspections (FAI), product evaluations and process reviews.
- Lead or contribute to improvement initiatives such as recovery plans, transformation programs or supplier development projects.
- Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective & preventive actions.

Supplier Delivery Performance

- Monitor delivery indicators, including Conformance & Quality (CnQ).
- Anticipate and resolve supply chain disruptions to protect Airbus production.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery maturity and reliability.

NonConformity Management

- Manage nonconformity notifications, concessions and quality reports.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure robust quality and safety practices.
- Validate corrective actions and ensure longterm sustainability of improvements.

Project Interaction

You will collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams such as Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Industrialization-on projects ranging from several months up to multiple years.
