At Lacoste, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate import and export operations across the Andina distributor network.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in shipment execution, maintaining alignment with commercial and financial plans, and providing visibility to key stakeholders to support business performance and service levels across the region.

What You'll Do

The Customer Service Coordinator will coordinate and oversee distributor shipment operations, ensuring compliance with shipment and billing plans, on-time delivery performance, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role acts as a key operational liaison between Distributors, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams, and Platforms, ensuring smooth execution of all import/export activities and continuous improvement of operational processes.

  • Develop and manage the shipment plan for distributors, ensuring alignment with commercial and supply chain objectives
  • Monitor execution of the billing and shipment plan, proactively identifying and reporting deviations
  • Negotiate with platforms to ensure compliance with shipment plans and support commercial requirements outside of the standard plan
  • Communicate weekly updates and deviations on shipment and billing performance to Market, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders
  • Provide operational support to distributors in coordinating shipments across ports, warehouses, and borders
  • Prepare and present reports and status updates for all distributors import operations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Finance, Platform teams, and Platform Finance to ensure proper execution of plans
  • Ensure compliance with On-Time Shipment targets and service level expectations
  • Analyze operational performance and identify risks impacting service levels or commercial objectives
  • Report season-end results and propose improvement initiatives and action plans for future seasons (n+1)

Le profil recherché

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service operations
  • Tools: Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Skills: Negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation
  • Languages: Advanced English (required) French (preferred)
